Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Frontier Co-op® Sea Salt
- 1 tablespoon Frontier Co-op® Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Frontier Co-op® Chili Powder
- 1 tablespoon Frontier Co-op® Garlic Granules
- 1 tablespoon Frontier Co-op® Cumin Seed
- 1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Smoked Paprika
- 2 teaspoons Frontier Co-op® Korintje Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 medium sweet potatoes (either purple or orange)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- In a small mixing bowl, measure sea salt, spices and brown sugar; mix with fork and set aside.
- Scrub and pat dry sweet potatoes, then slice into thin rounds.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss together sweet potato rounds, olive oil and seasoning mix until slices are well coated.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Lay out potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes, rotating baking sheet and turning potatoes halfway through. Remove when crispy, watching carefully that they don't burn.
- Makes approximately 2 cups of chips. Store in an airtight container.
