Pb2 powdered peanut butter is peanut butter reimagined! Roasted peanuts are pressed to remove most of the oil. Mix in a little sugar, some cocoa, and a dash of salt for flavor, and the result is peanut butter with 90% less fat and almost 70% fewer calories than traditional peanut butter. Pb2 delivers 4g of plant-based protein.

Roasted Peanuts, Sugar, Cocoa and Salt.

Directions

Mix 2 tbsp. of Pb2 with 1.5 tbsp. of water and stir until smooth. Prepare as needed. Shake before use. Clumps may naturally occur. Pb2 powdered peanut butter can be stored in the pantry or refrigerator when still in powder form. Once the product is reconstituted with liquid, be sure to store it, tightly covered, in the refrigerator. Only premix what you will use within 48 hours.
