2 lbs. pork chops
¼ cup Chimichurri Marinade
½ cup olive oil
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preheat grill to medium heat. Mix seasoning with oil and wine vinegar. Place pork chops in a sealable dish or bag, and pour marinade over pork. If in a dish, flip periodically to coat all sides. If in a bag, seal bag and massage to thoroughly coat. Marinate for 30 minutes or longer. Grill 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 145° to 160°.
Suggested Uses
Excellent as a marinade for grilled steaks, pork tenderloin or fish. Also pairs well as a dry add-in with scrambled eggs, salad dressings and Greek yogurt dips.
