Simply Organic® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Mix brings expertly balanced garlic-and-herb flavor to potatoes all of your favorite fresh or frozen vegetables. Simply mix with olive oil or water, toss and bake or sauté.

Ingredients

Organic Garlic, Organic Paprika, Sea Salt, Organic Onion, Organic Parsley, Organic Black Pepper, Organic Rice Concentrate, Organic Basil, Organic Oregano, Organic Thyme, Organic Marjoram.

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

2. Wash 1 lb. red or white potatoes, and peel if desired.

3. In a medium bowl, add potatoes and 2 tbsp. live oil. Stir to evenly coat. Add seasoning mix and stir again. (Organic ingredients may cake. Knead packet prior to opening.)

4. Place potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet.

5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Stir potatoes and cook, uncovered, 10 to 15 mintues more, until crisp and tender.

Suggested Uses

Toss with fresh green beans, carrots or asparagus, and sauté to your liking. Use the dry mix to coat pork tenderloin; refrigerate for 1 hour prior to roasting to allow flavors to permeate.
