Siete’s story starts with the Garza family, a third-generation Mexican-American family of seven (Siete!). The family worked together to help Veronica Garza overcome challenging health conditions with a stack of homemade tortillas she created from almond flour, and the realization that a single tortilla can help more people feel included at the table. Siete desires to celebrate culture and honor authenticity with their customers at the dinner table. They believe that “together is better” by treating and supporting one another like familia and respecting different perspectives and stories.
