Placed desired items in Soup Sock such as Poultry, beef, seafood, vegetables, whole spices. Tie a knot in the open end or secure with cooking twine. Place in pot and allow to cook according to recipe. Carefully remove with oven mitt and/or tongs. Sock and contents will be hot. Allow to drain. Gently squeeze out excess liquid over pot if desired. Discard or cut open and transfer contents into serving dish.
