Not sure what to do with kohlrabi, that funny-looking cruciferous cousin to cabbage, broccoli and even kale? With a crisp, slightly spicy bite, kohlrabi is the ideal companion to carrot. In this easy slaw recipe, we pair them with the flavors of nutty sesame and sweet-spicy Frontier Co-op Gochugaru. Try this as a side dish with grilled salmon made with Simply Organic Teriyaki Marinade or our Oven-Baked Garlic Soy Chicken Wings!
