Ingredients
- 1 rack St. Louis-style ribs
- 1 cup Frontier Co-op® Organic Mojo Cuban Seasoning
Directions
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
- On a cutting board, lay ribs top-side down and score membrane diagonally both directions, so lines crisscross to form diamonds.
- Coat front and back of ribs with Mojo Cuban Seasoning.
- Place ribs top-side down on a sheet of aluminum foil and create a pouch, using an additional sheet if needed, to enclose ribs. Place pouch on sheet pan if desired for stability.
- Place in oven and cook for 2½ hours. Remove ribs from foil and place directly on sheet pan.
- Set oven to broil. Return sheet pan to oven and broil both sides of ribs for 3 to 4 minutes each, until ribs start to brown.
- Ribs can be finished on a grill rather than the broiler for a similar effect, if you prefer.
