Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Simply Organic® Everything Dill Blend
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Directions
- On your instant pot, activate the sauté feature; add butter to pot until melted.
- Place chicken thighs in pot and brown on both sides.
- Add chicken broth, lemon juice, everything dill blend, Dijon mustard, and agave to the instant pot.
- Activate pressure cook for 8 minutes.
- Allow to vent; remove chicken from pot.
- Activate sauté feature on the instant pot.
- In a small dish, mix cornstarch and water until cornstarch is dissolved. Slowly whisk into mixture in instant pot.
- Cook sauce until thickened and emulsified.
- This dish is great served over rice to enjoy any extra sauce.
- To make with chicken breasts or skin-on thighs, cook until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
