Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Regenerative Organic Certified® Ground Turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Regenerative Organic Certified® Ceylon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Regenerative Organic Certified® Ground Ginger
- 1 tablespoon Frontier Co-op® Freeze-Dried Dragon Fruit (Pitaya) Powder
- 1 tablespoon Frontier Co-op® Freeze-Dried Cranberry Powder
- 1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Freeze-Dried Lemon Powder
- 1/4 cup oat milk or other non-dairy alternative (as needed for consistency)
- Frontier Co-op® Chia Seeds, for topping
- Additional toppings: fresh fruit, coconut, chopped nuts
Directions
- Into a high-speed blender, add the fruit, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, fruit powders and oat milk, and blend until completely smooth. Add more milk as needed for consistency.
- Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings. Enjoy!
