We changed up this classic chicken salad sandwich recipe with a savory and tangy bite from our Himalayan Salt and Apple Cider Vinegar Nutritional Yeast. And designed it for the perfect lunch made easy using precooked chicken.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
- 2 celery stalks, minced (about 2/3 cup minced)
- 5 green onions (about 1/2 cup minced)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoons Frontier Co-op® Himalayan Salt and Apple Cider Vinegar Nutritional Yeast
- 2 teaspoons Frontier Co-op® Parsley Leaf Flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Ground Black Pepper
- 8 pieces whole-grain bread
- 8 to 12 pieces lettuce
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery and green onions. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, nutritional yeast, parsley and black pepper. Add to bowl with chicken and stir to combine.
- Divide lettuce onto four pieces of bread and top evenly with chicken salad. Top with remaining slices of bread, and serve.
- If you like the taste of dill (as in dill weed), try our Dill and Vinegar Nutritional Yeast in place of the Himalayan Salt and Vinegar blend.
