We changed up this classic chicken salad sandwich recipe with a savory and tangy bite from our Himalayan Salt and Apple Cider Vinegar Nutritional Yeast. And designed it for the perfect lunch made easy using precooked chicken.

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery and green onions. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, nutritional yeast, parsley and black pepper. Add to bowl with chicken and stir to combine.
  2. Divide lettuce onto four pieces of bread and top evenly with chicken salad. Top with remaining slices of bread, and serve.
 
NOTES
  1. If you like the taste of dill (as in dill weed), try our Dill and Vinegar Nutritional Yeast in place of the Himalayan Salt and Vinegar blend.
