Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Turmeric Root
- 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Ceylon Cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Ground Ginger Root
- 1/8 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Black Pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 Frontier Co-op® Whole Star Anise
Directions
- Heat milk on stovetop (or in microwave for 2 to 3 minutes on high) until it reaches a boil.
- Into a blender container, pour heated milk; add honey, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, cayenne and vanilla extract. Blend on high for 10 seconds, then on low for 5 seconds.
- Pour into a mug, garnish with 1 star anise and a sprinkle of black pepper. Enjoy immediately.
