Ingredients
- For Coating:
- 1 tablespoon Frontier Co-op® Organic Poultry Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Frontier Co-op® Organic Ground Paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Organic Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
- For Chicken:
- Some water, milk, or egg to moisten chicken
- 3 pounds chicken pieces
Directions
- In a resealable bag or container, mix all coating ingredients. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Trim chicken of excess fat and remove skins, if desired. Wet chicken, using water, milk or egg.
- Place one piece of chicken in bag, close bag and shake until coated. Repeat until all chicken is seasoned.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for about 40 to 50 minutes until tender and browned, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- To make a gravy, combine the remaining flour mix with the chicken drippings.
- If you like smoky flavor, use Frontier Co-op Smoked Paprika.
