Chocolate With a Lighter Footprint

TCHO Chocolate is B Corp Certified company, meaning their efforts towards meeting the highest social and environmental performance standards are verified by a third party and are very public. In 2022, TCHO Chocolate started sourcing 100% USDA Organic Certified ingredients. They worked with their suppliers to implement key regenerative organic practices such as integrating agroforestry systems with cacao trees, shade trees, and food trees together, monitoring and rehabilitating soil health, and rehabilitating degraded landscapes. Two of their suppliers have participated in a reforestation program and have already planted over 230,000 trees.
