Directions
Fill dosage cup with 15 ml of PerioBrite Coconut Pulling Oil in your mouth and gently swish, pushing the oil between your teeth and around your mouth for 2 to 3 minutes. For better results, you can increase the time up to 15 minutes based on your comfort level. Spit oil out, preferably in a garbage can, as oil may solidify in the drainage pipes.UPC 083000167904
