This kit has 3 flower remedies. They can be taken individually, combined together or with other Bach remedies. (Up to 7 remedies in total may be combined.)
How to take an individual remedy: Take 2 drops in mouth or in water, sip at intervals throughout the day. Repeat as needed.
How to make a personalized blend: Fill a clean mixing bottle with spring water, three-quarters full (empty Bach 30mL mixing bottle sold separately). Add 2 drops of each remedy. Take 4 drops of your personal blend at least 4 times a day.
