A thin layer of honey infused with delicious cinnamon sandwiched between two thin waffles. The gluten-free all-time classic flavor of cinnamon combined with honey will satisfy your taste buds and keep you going as an afternoon snack, during your favorite activity or go great with your cup of coffee or tea.

Ingredients

Gluten free flour blend (organic rice flour, organic potato starch, organic tapioca flour), organic palm fruit oil, organic brown rice syrup, organic cane sugar, organic eggs, organic soy flour, organic honey, sea salt, natural flavor, organic cinnamon, xanthan gum, baking soda, soy lecithin. Contains: Soy and eggs. May contain milk.

Directions

Before Exercise: Consume 5-10 minutes before activity. When consumed before activity, energy is immediately released into the body and is absorbed into the system at a steady rate throughout exercise.

During Exercise: Consume every 45 minutes – 1 hour for energy maintenance. When consumed during activity, honey helps muscles remain nourished longer through a steady release of energy, delaying fatigue.

After Exercise: Consume immediately following activity. Honey is an excellent refueling source, entering the bloodstream quickly and restoring depleted glycogen levels to improve recovery time.
