Directions

In a medium (4-6 quart) stock pot, add 4 cups water and whisk in 1 cup soup mix. Add 2 cups chopped broccoli and bring to a boil. Lower heat to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes. Serve with shredded cheese or croutons. (This amount makes 4 servings.)

Suggested Uses

Use as the base for a Broccoli Cheddar Soup that can be enjoyed on its own, served in a bread bowl or ladled onto a baked potato.
