By going directly to the source for 70% of these ingredients, they build lasting partnerships with farmers and local communities—ensuring both high-quality botanicals and more equitable, transparent supply chains. This hands-on model supports sustainable agriculture and allows Celestial Seasonings to carefully monitor each crop from field to finished tea.
