Frontier Co-op Customer Service: We're Human and Happy To Help

Not every business’ customer service is excellent. Some put you on hold for long periods of time, some use dial prompts and some have a robotic answering service. We’re proud to say, we’re human and are happy to help right away - by phone and by email. Our Customer Service and Inside Sales staff are fully-trained, personable and committed to making your experience with us an excellent one. Whether you’re calling in for a product question, stocking your store’s shelves or want to know what specials we’re running, you can guarantee you’ll always speak to a human and never have to be put through the ringer.

Our accomplishments and goals

  • Year-to-date, we have answered all calls within 30 seconds (includes the message) 95% of the time! This is extremely fantastic considering the industry standard (benchmark) for call centers at our volume are usually at 80%
  • We are also up 10% over last year for chats. However, with the new wholesale website and adding chat to our retail website, we are already seeing a large increase in chats and expect that to continue
  • Weekly and monthly goals make this job a high-paced and everchanging enviornment. Even with the high call volume, we take our time to walk our customers through everything - including our current promotions
  • We're very knowledgeable about our products as we receive samples, training and demos of new products so we can better understand and answer your product questions
